Booking

All services require a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of $15-$35 (the amount varies according to style) to book an appointment. The deposit amount is deducted from your appointment total balance.

If, for some reason, you do not see the date you want to be serviced available, you can always text (305)699-3232 to inquire about a squeeze-in appointment.

Style Selection:

Upon booking the style you desire, please make sure the style you book, is the style you want. You will not be allowed to change the style on the day of the appointment. Styles that require less time than you originally booked for, may be considered, at the stylists discretion.

If your hair is cut short or you have special conditions you'd like to disclose to the stylist before booking an appointment, please text (305-699-3232) to be contacted before you book a service.

Salon Etiquette:

Our salon IS kid-friendly, but only to kids being serviced. We do not allow kids or extra guests to attend appointments with customers being serviced.

Cancellations & Late Notice

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so, at-least 24-hours in advance. Failure to cancel at-least 24-hours in advance, will lead to xyz.

As a courtesy, please call or text the salon if you are running late. You are granted a courtesy 10-minute grace period; After that, late fees and possible cancellation of appointment will be applied. Fees are applied accordingly:

 

After 10 minutes $10

After 20 minutes, $15

After 25 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

COVID-19 UPDATES

Salon requirements for COVID-19 per CDC guidelines effective immediately.

1. Masks are required during the duration of the appointment.

2. Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms, or knowingly have COVID-19.

3.If you have traveled outside of the country in the past 2 weeks, please reschedule your appointment for 2 weeks from the date of your return to the United States.
